Karratha Indoor Golf – Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership Cancellations

• Casual Memberships:

• Can be cancelled at any time with 7 days’ written notice (email to bookings@karrathaindoorgolf.com.au).
• No refunds for the remainder of the current payment period after cancellation notice is given.

• Annual Memberships (12-Month Agreements):

• Fixed 12-month term, then transitions to month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
• Annual memberships paid in full are non-refundable.
• Early Termination: If you wish to cancel during the 12-month term, you are liable to pay 50% of the remaining term’s fees.
• Membership Transfer: You may transfer your remaining membership to a suitable candidate (must meet standard criteria and agree to Terms and Conditions). Transfers require staff approval and incur no extra cost.
• Immediate Cancellation Consideration:

• Medical Condition: Immediate cancellation may be granted if a medical certificate from a qualified provider is provided.
• Work Relocation: Immediate cancellation may be granted if a letter from your employer confirming relocation is provided.

• Extended Hold Option: If you are travelling for an extended period and plan to return, enquire about a hold option to pause your membership without cancellation and resume upon return.

Casual Simulator Booking Cancellations

• Change of Mind:

• No refunds for change of mind.

• Advance Cancellation:

• Cancel up to 1 hour before the scheduled booking time to receive credit for future use.

• Late Cancellation & No-Shows:

• Cancellations less than 1 hour before the booking or failure to attend (no-show) will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
