Karratha Indoor Golf Code of Conduct
At Karratha Indoor Golf, we prioritise a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members. Please adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
1. Respectful Behaviour
- Treat fellow members, staff, and guests with courtesy and respect.
- Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behaviour.
2. Sportsmanship
- Embrace fair play and good sportsmanship during games and activities.
- Avoid unsportsmanlike conduct, including cheating or disrespecting opponents.
3. Harassment and Discrimination
- No harassment of any kind (verbal, physical, or visual) will be tolerated.
- Zero tolerance for discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, or any protected characteristic.
4. Alcohol & Substance Use
- Karratha Indoor Golf is unlicensed; BYO alcohol is not permitted.
- Do not attend the facility under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. Prohibited Actions
- Intentional damage to any equipment (simulators, screens, flooring, projectors, TVs, hire clubs, radar systems) is strictly prohibited.
- Neglecting venue rules resulting in damage is also a violation.
6. Security Compliance
- Adhere to all security protocols.
- Do not attempt to enter restricted areas or bring non-members after hours.
7. Staff Instructions
- Follow staff instructions promptly and respectfully.
- Notify staff of any concerns regarding equipment, services, or other members.
8. Privacy and Consent
- Respect the privacy of other members and staff.
- Obtain consent before capturing or sharing images or videos of others within the facility.
9. Compliance with Laws
- Abide by all local, state, and federal laws applicable to the facility.
- Do not engage in any activities that may violate the law.
Adhering to this Code of Conduct ensures a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including membership termination, associated costs, and/or blocking of future bookings.
