Guest Policy

  • Members with guest privileges may bring guests, subject to guest number limits (check with staff for details).
  • A guest fee may apply, communicated in advance. Members are responsible for guest fees and bookings.
  • Members are responsible for guest behaviour; guests must follow all facility rules.
  • Please advise the facility in advance if bringing guests, especially during peak times.

Equipment Usage Guidelines

  • Handle all equipment (clubs, balls, gear) with care. Rough or improper use may result in damage fees.
  • Return all equipment to its designated area after use.
  • Report any equipment damage or malfunction to staff immediately. Do not attempt to repair yourself.
  • Wear appropriate footwear; no spikes allowed on hard flooring or astro turf. You may be liable for damage.
  • Share equipment fairly; do not monopolise resources.
  • Use equipment safely, especially during instruction.
  • If you bring your own equipment, ensure it is clean and safe. Used-balls from outside are not permitted during play.

Special Events Participation

  • Watch for announcements about special events, including details on participation and costs.
  • Some events may have participation fees, communicated in advance.
  • Registration may be required for special events to ensure proper planning.
  • Review and follow any event-specific rules provided by the facility.

Membership Termination Procedures

  • Memberships may be terminated for repeated rule violations, disruptive behaviour, non-payment, or breaches of the membership agreement.
  • Members will be notified of grounds for termination and given a chance to address the issue, if possible.
  • If not resolved, termination procedures will begin, including further communication and formal notice.
  • Termination may involve outstanding fees or balances; members will be informed of any such charges.
  • Members have the right to appeal termination decisions; information will be provided during the process.

Force Majeure Policy

  • In the case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), Karratha Indoor Golf will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. This may include temporary closures or schedule changes. Members will be notified promptly of any changes.

Member Responsibilities During Closure or Maintenance

  • Members will be notified in advance of any closures or maintenance via official communications. Please stay informed and plan visits accordingly.
  • During private functions or events, member access will be blocked for up to 4 hours per booking. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a great experience for all.
