Karratha Indoor Golf – Casual Liability Waiver

By using the indoor golf facilities and services at Karratha Indoor Golf, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

  • Use of the facilities involves inherent risks, including possible injury or property damage related to golf activities.

2. Age & Supervision

  • Users must be 18 or older. Anyone 17 or under must be always supervised by an accompanying adult.

3. Release of Liability

  • You release Karratha Indoor Golf, its owners, staff, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the facilities.

4. Voluntary Participation

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Medical Condition

  • You confirm you are physically able to participate safely. Notify staff if your health status changes and may impact safe use of the facilities.

6. Personal Property

  • Karratha Indoor Golf is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

7. Facility Rules

  • You agree to follow all Karratha Indoor Golf rules and staff instructions.

8. Photography & Publicity

  • Karratha Indoor Golf may use photos or videos taken on-site for marketing, but staff will always ask your permission first.

9. Governing Law

  • This waiver is governed by Western Australian law. Any legal matters will be handled in the courts of the City of Karratha.
