Karratha Indoor Golf Membership & Casual Play Terms and Conditions
These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set out the terms between Karratha Indoor Golf (“the Business”) and the Member for the provision of indoor golf services. By signing up for a membership, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below.
1. Services Provided
- Access to indoor golf facilities, including simulator bays, equipment, and related services as per your selected membership package.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in advance on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your membership option and payment schedule.
3. Refund or Cancellation Policies
- Casual Memberships (including All Access Flexi ongoing membership) can be cancelled at any time with 7 days’ notice. Cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to bookings@karrathaindoorgolf.com.au. No refunds for the remainder of the current payment period.
- Annual Memberships: Fixed term for 12 months, then automatically transition to month-to-month unless you request cancellation with 30 days’ notice. Annual memberships paid in full are non-refundable. The facility can assist with a transfer of an annual membership to a suitable candidate sourced by the existing member.
- Casual Simulator Bookings: Casual bookings will not be refunded for change of mind. If cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled booking time, a credit will be provided for future use. Cancellations less than 1 hour before the booking or no-shows will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
4. Warranties or Guarantees
- The Business makes no warranties or guarantees regarding improvement of golf skills or performance from use of the facilities.
5. Venue Rules
5.1 During Open Hours
- Clean, closed-in shoes required in bay area (no spikes or open-toed shoes). Remove grass and dirt before entering.
- Clubs must be clean and undamaged before use. Damage to screens, balls, or turf from dirty/damaged clubs may incur charges.
- Do not clean clubs with brushes inside the venue.
- Do not attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Entry refused to intoxicated individuals.
- No smoking at the venue, including access path and gravel area near the door. Smoking area is across the car park; dispose of butts in the bin.
- You are responsible for your guests or children using your membership benefits. Ensure they comply with venue rules. Breaches reflect on your membership.
- All patrons are under 24/7 camera surveillance for safety and security.
- Report accidental damage promptly to staff.
5.2 After Hours – 24/7 Access
- All above rules apply, plus:
- Shut down the simulator bay after your session by pressing the orange button.
- Clean and tidy all areas used, including wiping benches, bins, and balls.
- Speak up if you see a breach of rules or code of conduct; report unresolved issues to staff.
- All sessions must be booked. If you wish to continue after a session ends, you must book again. Repeated unbooked use may lead to membership revocation.
- Turn off all venue and toilet lights when leaving.
- Check the entry/exit door is locked on entry and exit. Report issues immediately using the emergency phone number in your member app.
6. Termination of Membership
- The Business may refuse or terminate a membership for breaches of these terms, intentional damage, or disruptive behaviour (including bullying or harassment) that compromises safety or well-being of others.
- Termination may also occur for breaches of security protocols (e.g., entering restricted areas after hours, not securing doors, leaving lights on overnight).
- Members whose membership is terminated may be liable for associated costs, including damages and call-out fees.
