1. Consumer Guarantees

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description. These rights cannot be excluded, even for sale items.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • To request a change of mind return, buyers must contact us via the returns contact form and provide a reason.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind returns will be awarded as store credit toward another purchase (not a refund).
  • No exchange or credit is offered for worn items, sale items, or custom orders.

3. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

  • If a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description, customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Products do not need to be in original packaging, but must be returned with proof of purchase.
  • If the product is confirmed faulty, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed (keep your receipt).
