Flat rate shipping of $10.90 applies to orders under $100.
Free standard shipping is provided for orders over $100 (excluding some regional and remote areas where additional fees may apply).
Express shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
For regional and remote areas, our staff will contact you before dispatch if any additional shipping fees are required.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days.
Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
Delivery times to regional and remote areas may be longer than standard estimates.

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship Australia-wide. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply for regional and remote locations.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, we will investigate with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed to customers once the item is dispatched.
