What a year it’s been for coaching at Karratha Indoor Golf. As 2025 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to look back, celebrate the progress, and say a huge thank you to everyone who made this year’s coaching program such a success.
We were thrilled to host multiple coaching sessions with PGA Professional Tristan McCallum, a true expert with more than 17 years of experience. Tristan’s visits gave golfers of all levels, from beginners finding their swing to seasoned players sharpening their edge, the opportunity to improve in our state‑of‑the‑art indoor facility. Thanks to his expert guidance, many of our members made measurable improvements in areas like swing mechanics, short game, putting, and course strategy.
One of the standout moments of the year came when we welcomed Ron Chopper, PGA pro and YouTube phenomenon, for an epic two-day coaching event. It was a jam-packed weekend of trick shots, pro tips, and laughter, a memorable experience for everyone who came along.
Beyond Tristan and Ron, we were lucky to welcome several top club fitting specialists. Phil, our Titleist club fitter, helped golfers test the latest gear and find the perfect fit. Rob Clark, a Mizuno expert, offered one-on-one fittings to ensure players got the most out of their clubs. And Lenny from TaylorMade brought his fitting expertise, making each session a hit for those looking to upgrade their game. These professionals helped members gain the confidence and equipment needed to play their best golf.
