Welcome back to a brand new year at Karratha Indoor Golf. We’re kicking off 2026 with a full calendar and a big focus on creating more ways for the community to play, connect, and get involved.
This year, we’re excited to be expanding our events and tournaments schedule, with something on offer for everyone — from competitive golfers to total beginners, social players, ladies, juniors, and families. Our 2026 calendar is will soon be live on our website, making it easy to see what’s coming up across the whole year.
You can expect to see a wide mix of tournaments, social events, and themed competitions rolling out. We’ll be running regular social-style tournaments that are designed to be fun, welcoming, and accessible — not just exclusive to serious golfers or long-term members. These events are all about getting people involved, enjoying the game, and creating a great atmosphere in-venue.
Throughout the year, we’ll also be aligning events with major golf moments, including our own takes on the world’s biggest tournaments, giving locals a chance to experience the excitement of the golf majors right here in Karratha.
Alongside this, 2026 will see a stronger focus on community-driven and awareness-based events. We’re looking forward to hosting events around key dates such as International Women’s Day, Men’s Mental Health Week, R U OK Day, and other initiatives that allow us to bring people together, start conversations, and support meaningful causes.
Coaching and club fitting sessions will continue to be a core part of the calendar, with regular opportunities for players to work on their game, learn from professionals, and get properly fitted. We’re also aiming to expand our offering across ladies’ events, junior-focused activities, and new tournament formats as the year unfolds.
With league seasons, matchplay events, themed tournaments, and special in-venue celebrations planned across the year, 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest and most diverse events schedule yet.
